My child is a fine-grained red face and not elsewhere. It began as a small grain size of the tip of a pen and mroning following was about the size of a pencil eraser. It is slightly raised, and red is now a reality with a touch of white in the middle. I thought chicken pox, but no liquid inside, and a! someone who knows, frankly, what it is please help!
