Turbo Tooth Tunes What Can I Eat To Maintain My Weight On A Soft Food Diet?

What can I eat to maintain my weight on a soft food diet? - turbo tooth tunes

Recently I put my keys and the orthodontist will bite as a turbo in the upper teeth that holds the teeth come together effectively prevent me, something to chew. Until he comes, I need to take soft food.

Here is my challenge. I try lifting weights a few pounds of muscle. Because I can not eat solid food, I'm afraid he might the weight that I worked so hard to build (which is very annoying) to lose. I ate soup and try to make sure I have the same amount of calories, but I find myself using too Protien with yogurt and smoothies, soups, juices and to compensate for the calories.

Has anyone suggestions about what I can eat, preserve, or even better to win, continue to muscles? (Note that I do not want the grease.) Note that I (a naturally high metabolism Ectomorph, am losing weight easily, I can not win.).

Thank you!

From that what you have said, seems on the right track. Protein helps build muscle healthy and feel are more satisfied. Protein shakes are your best defense, I think, as opposed to losing muscle mass. I recommend that you keep doing what we do and with a shake of protein at every meal.
Because of its location at the moment, there are a variety of soups are available for you from stop to get what you get bored eating. Also check out the following link for protein-rich foods:
